CHUCK CHAPMAN

I’m Chuck Chapman, and I'm a man who want's to help other men be the best they can be.  I am a licensed professional counselor in the State of Oregon and  I've been doing this for the last 15 years.

Education and Training

I hold a BS in Human Development and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology. My educational journey has been enriched by intensive studies with renowned experts like Dr. Robert Glover, John Wineland, and the Gottman Institute. These experiences have profoundly shaped my approach to counseling.

Professional Background

I am licensed in the state of Oregon as a Professional Counselor, I offer counseling therapy designed for men seeking deeper fulfillment and transformation in their personal lives, specializing in Nice Guy Syndrome and helping them reclaim their masculine energy with confidence and integrity. Please note that I am only licensed to practice therapy in the state of Oregon.

My Counseling Offering:

I offer one-on-one counseling to individuals located in the State of Oregon. I  specialize in working with men who are successful in most aspects of their lives but lack depth and intimacy in their personal relationships. I work with men to bring out their masculine energy, helping them lead in their relationships without falling into caretaking or codependency.

My Approach: M.E.N. (Masculine Embodiment Neuropsychology)

My approach to counseling using the M.E.N. (Masculine Embodiment Neurotherapy) model is grounded in a holistic and integrative framework that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. This model leverages the power of masculine embodiment practices combined with neuropsychology to facilitate profound personal transformation. By focusing on core masculine principles, we help men reconnect with their authentic selves, fostering leadership, emotional resilience, and deeper relational intimacy. Through weekly one-on-one sessions, clients engage in tailored practices that cultivate masculine energy, promote self-awareness, and break free from limiting beliefs. The M.E.N. model empowers men to lead their lives with integrity, courage, and compassion, ultimately enabling them to build stronger, more meaningful connections in all aspects of their lives.

Authorship

I've written two books that I'm particularly proud of. The first is "Finding Your Way Without Losing Yourself - The Path of Integrity," which dives deep into how we can stay true to ourselves while navigating life's challenges. The second is "No More Mr. Nice Guy: The 30-Day Recovery Journal," a practical guide designed to help men break free from the Nice Guy Syndrome and reclaim their authentic selves in just a month. Both books are close to my heart and reflect my commitment to helping others live with integrity and authenticity. You can find out more information here

Personal Touch

Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about helping men find deeper meaning and purpose in their lives. My goal is to support men in achieving a profound sense of inner strength, emotional resilience, and authentic power.

Who I Work With

My primary clients tend to be men aged 45+ who have found success in business and industry but struggle in their personal relationships. These men may have unresolved childhood trauma contributing to their feelings of being lost despite their success. My content is designed to speak to the deeper parts of these men, earning their trust and demonstrating the skills to help them lead not just in business, but also in life.

Thank you for visiting my website. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself.
